ph775 is required under Philippine regulations to conduct identity verification before processing any withdrawal. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (passport, driver's license, PhilSys National ID, UMID, or SSS ID) and, in certain cases, proof of address and source of funds. ph775 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functions until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph775 account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes. All deposits to the ph775 platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. ph775 supports GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, Visa, and Mastercard as deposit methods.
ph775 does not accept cash deposits. All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in the same name as the ph775 account holder. ph775 reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder's own payment instruments.

ph775 does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability. ph775 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
ph775 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account termination for cause, ph775 may retain any Bonus Balance and, in cases involving fraud or prohibited activity, the Real Money Balance pending completion of investigation. Verified Real Money Balances in accounts closed for non-cause reasons (e.g., Player-requested closure) will be returned to the account holder via the registered payment method.
ph775 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect.
